Our Policies
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee and must be paid before your next appointment.
What is your late arrival policy?
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time may be reduced or cancelled to avoid affecting our schedule. Please let us know if you are running late, as we may not always be able to accommodate delays. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance to our policies.
What is your no-show policy?
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, the full appointment fee will be charged. The amount needs to be paid in full before you can book another appointment. Failure to pay this fee will result in no further bookings.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
In order for new clients to confirm their appointment, a 50% deposit is required. This helps us minimise no-shows and reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment and is subject to our cancellation policy. Please WhatsApp (067 388 3300) for banking details.

Please arrive with clean lashes or brows free from mascara, makeup and skincare.
Who is welcome at The Lash Lounge?
